This classic Cabernet Sauvignon had a small addition of Merlot to fill out the mid-palate and is charactersied by vibrant varietal fruit and long firm tannins

it is effectively dry with 7 g/l residual

with intensified flavours becoming evident as it lingers in the glass

Some side tannins and a slight dryness on the finish. Pairs well with red meats, poultry, cheese or as an "aperitif".
