Allexi Alligator nest-new-york Hand-sewn glass heart crystalsAllexi Alligator is head chef at Gators Gap: a celebrated (and entirely meat free) diner nestled in the Louisiana marshland. Renowned for his tofu chowder and okra gumbo, Allexi gives classic Southern staples a veggie twist and takes pride in feeding just about everyone who wanders into his swamp. Even Amuseables Peanut, who, wildly off route, found himself in need of some sustenance after gator frogging across the Gap, got a warm Southern welcome.
