Kiss is Thommo's best known individual vineyard Shiraz, the low yielding vines producing fruit with exceptional depth and concentration. The fruit was hand picked mid February, cold soaked for 48 hours and then fermented on skins for nine days. The wine was matured for 16 months in premium French oak Hogsheads. This is a mature aged release from the cellar, and has had
