Chalmers Felicitas Traditional Method 2019 Size::1 Bottle The growing site’s soil featuresThe superb and highly original Chalmers Felicitas is a traditional method sparkling wine that takes its name from the Roman goddess of fertility, good luck and happiness. Made from 100% hand picked Fiano grown at an elevation of 150 170m on the red Cambrian soils of the familys vineyard in Heathcote, it spends more than three years on lees. Fiano is a star performer in the Heathcote vineyard with lovely natural acidity which means, even in the warm
