The wine is always a mix of delicate fruit aromas with spicy undertones and a brambly edge with fine but firm tannins on the finish. 20% whole clusters and 20% new oak. Racked and assembled into tank after harvest and bottled 2nd December 2024. This wine is consistent in character every year. A blend of delicate fruit characters together with a freshness and chewy tannins.
