Victorian PVC belted Jacket garter We have a longer versionShown in black with a Joshephine skirt and worn over a PVC underbust. Shown in snakeskin with an optional peplum belt ($35 extra with the options below), a neck corset, and a matching PVC hobble skirt. Both jackets are worn over an underbust corset for waist shaping.
