Chilli Infused Honey | Raw Tasmanian Honey with Homegrown chilli paddock to plate teacher and writer on PermacultureThis one has a little fire in it. Weve taken raw Tasmanian honey and slowly infused it with homegrown rocoto chillies creating a rich, golden honey with a gentle heat that builds, lingers, and keeps you coming back for more. Its not just spicy for the sake of it. The warmth of the chilli softens into the sweetness of the honey, making it incredibly balanced A flavour that transforms simple meals into something memorable.
